I graduated from West Point in 1983. Served in the Philippine Constabulary and Philippine Army until Colonel. Worked in the security, pharmaceutical, and nutrition industries. Am also a teacher, published author, and writer. I serve God as a lay liturgical minister. My greatest achievement is loving a wife and raising three responsible children.
